Fisher Experience Salon & Spa is a full service hair salon and day spa at 924 Washington Street in Braintree, Massachusetts. We are open Tuesday through Saturday, closed Sunday and Monday, and every service on our menu is performed by a licensed professional.

Braintree is not a town we drive to. It is the town we work in. Our building sits on Washington Street in Norfolk County, a short distance from South Shore Plaza and from the Braintree Split, where Route 3 feeds into Interstate 93. If you live here, you have almost certainly driven past our door.

Where we are in Braintree, and how to get here

We are on Washington Street, which puts us on the main north to south spine through town rather than tucked into a plaza off a side road. From most Braintree addresses the drive is under ten minutes.

You do not need a car to reach us. Braintree Station is the southern terminus of the MBTA Red Line, so the whole Red Line runs to our town, and MBTA bus routes 230 and 236 serve Braintree as well. For guests coming down from Quincy, Dorchester, or the city, the train is often the easier trip.

What we do under one roof

The reason to know where we are is what happens once you are here. We run a hair salon and a day spa in the same building, so a color appointment and a facial do not have to be two separate trips on two separate days.

Who you will see

The same team works this building every week. Bruce Fisher owns the salon and still works behind the chair as a master stylist, alongside a team of senior designers, colorists, and licensed spa professionals. You can read about everyone on our team page and request a specific person when you book.

Questions Braintree guests ask

Do I need a consultation before a color appointment?

For corrective color, yes. For any big change we strongly recommend one. The consultation is complimentary either way, and it is the fastest way to find out what your hair can actually do in one sitting.

What is your cancellation policy?

We hold your appointment with a credit card or gift card number and ask for 24 hours notice to cancel or change. Inside 24 hours the fee is 50% of the services booked, and a no show is billed at 100%. We send a courtesy reminder 48 hours ahead, but the appointment is still yours to keep track of.

How early should I arrive?

About 10 minutes before your appointment. That gives you time to finish any paperwork and settle in. Late arrivals for spa services still finish within the scheduled time, so arriving on time protects your own appointment.

Can I bring my children?

Children under 16 are not permitted in the spa, so that every guest gets the quiet the spa is for. The salon side is a different story, and we cut plenty of younger heads of hair.

What does it cost?
